Notion’s a great tool for a scrappy alpha. Its pre-canned callout blocks are so useful.
It’s nearly 10 years since I joined Slack. One of the main things I did there was work on their help centre. It’s nice to be doing this again. Designing help content is a fuzzy brainspace.
